For the record, the baobab is a majestic and sacred tree that counts eight species and six of them grow only in Madagascar. The large baobabs of the island are mainly located in Morondava, Majunga and Tulear.

Baobab jam is another way to enjoy the benefits of baobab, this super food takes more space in our kitchens because of its benefits but also because of its unusual taste that combines acidity and sweetness.

Our baobab jam is made from sieved baobab powder and then cooked with water and sugar until a jam texture is obtained.

Baobab jam is a dark cream coloured jam.
