These tiny shrimp, like the shrimp we eat regularly, are exceptional sources of antioxidants. They are full of selenium, an antioxidant very well assimilated by the body.
You can find them at the meeting and in Madagascar.
Red chevaquine – 20g
The red chevaquine, also known as patsa mena, is a fresh water shrimp that we offer dried as we usually do in Canada.
The patsa mena that we offer comes from Farafangana, in the south-east of the island as our selection of red rice.
They will give a unique taste to your dishes, especially in the « romazava » moringa with wgite rice.
You can also opt for a chevaquine rougail for a meal that will not fail to make you travel !
