For this fish curry recipe, we advise you to prepare your own garam massala! The preparation of the garam massala is available here.
Ingredients
- 250g of cod
- 1teaspoon of garam massala
- 1 lemon green
- 4 cm of ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil
- 20 cl of coco cream
- 1 teasponns of salt
- ½ of chilli
- 500 tomatoes, cut into cubes
Preparing
- Prepare and chop the onion, garlic and ginger
- Cut fish into cubes
- Mix garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli pepper and coconut milk
- Pour the oil in the pan the ginger, the onions. A few minutes later, add the spice and coconut milk mixture and cook over low heat
- Add the tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly
- Fry in fish with a drizzle of oil
- When the fish is cooked, pour the massala into the casserole and adjust the seasoning.
