Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of CORIANDER SEEDS
- 2 tablospoons of cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoons of black peppers
- 1 tablespoons of CLOVES
- 4 tablespoons of CARDAMOM SEEDS
- 4 sticks of cinnamon
- 1 nutmeg
Preparing
- Roast coriander, cardamom, cumin, cloves and black pepper seeds
- Remove and let cool
- Crush the cinnamon sticks
- Place the spices in a mortar or blender and stir in the grated nutmeg
- Reduce the mixture and fine powder
- Store the garam massala in an airtight container, protected from light and at room temperature.
