Fish curry with garam massala

For this fish curry recipe, we advise you to prepare your own garam massala! The preparation of the garam massala is available here.


  • 250g of cod
  • 1teaspoon of garam massala
  • 1 lemon green
  • 4 cm of ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil
  • 20 cl of coco cream
  • 1 teasponns of salt
  • ½ of chilli
  • 500 tomatoes, cut into cubes


  1. Prepare and chop the onion, garlic and ginger

  2. Cut fish into cubes

  3. Mix garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli pepper and coconut milk

  4. Pour the oil in the pan the ginger, the onions. A few minutes later, add the spice and coconut milk mixture and cook over low heat

  5. Add the tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly

  6. Fry in fish with a drizzle of oil

  7. When the fish is cooked, pour the massala into the casserole and adjust the seasoning.
